Succeeding on Pre-employment Tests - Learning Objectives
By the end of this module, learners should be able to:
- Explain the reasons that employers give pre-employment tests, including ability/aptitude, personality, and situation tests.
- Identify strategies to prepare for and succeed at pre-employment tests.
- Evaluate pre-employment assessment results from the perspective of the employer.
- Identify how seeing pre-employment test results through the employer’s eyes informs the way you approach these assessments.
